List of Supporting Documents
Proof of Income: Copy of most recent pay check stub, a payroll / HR contact for employment verification, copy of tax returns for last year (two years of returns for conventional loans) including all W2 and other income statements, all tax return pages and schedules.
Proof of Income if you're retired: Tax return requirement as stated above, SSA-1099, PERS 1099-R, PERS Pay Stub, other retirement income 1099-R, current year Social Security benefit letter.
Proof of Income if you're self-employed: Two years of personal returns. If not a sole proprietor, partnership & corporate returns are also required. A year to date P&L may be required along with a Balance Sheet.
Copy of your first mortgage statement: if applicable -- must reflect your loan balance.
Copy of your home owner's insurance: declaration page with your agent's information and dwelling coverage amounts.
Copy of your most recent investment statements: 401K and/or other retirement, non-PCFCU savings and checking, stocks and/or bonds.
List of assets and corresponding values: Autos, RVs, boats, motorcycles, four-wheelers, etc
